History of Sanaye plastic khuzestan
Obtaining approval in principle for the production of disposable containers
At the end of 1979, engineer Azizallah Neiri received approval in principle for producing disposable containers. Sanaye plastic khuzestan Company started operating in 1984 amid the Iran-Iraq war.
Color Printing on containers
In 1984, Sanaye plastic khuzestan purchased and imported a 4-color printing machine in response to the market's demand for printing and labeling brand specifications on containers. The following year, the company introduced container printing services and improved the quality of its services by upgrading to a 5-color printing machine.
Production of Airline Containers
Mr. Neiri began producing airline containers for the first time in Iran at the end of 1373. Prior to this, airline containers had to be imported from countries like England, Holland, and Belgium. The domestic production of these containers helped to prevent imports and, more importantly, led to the expansion of entrepreneurship and the development of domestic production.
After the addition of airline containers to the production line, the company also began providing spoons, forks, and knives. Injection salons were also added to the production lines. In the mid-seventies, Sanaye plastic khuzestan started setting up devices for cutlery sets, napkin packs, and single-serve sugars to provide to airlines.
Production of containers for dry fruits, catering and general packaging
In late 2015, due to the growing number of requests in the market, our company began importing new thermoforming machines from Canada. This allowed us to produce various containers for dry food packaging and create different types of airline catering containers. This development marked a new chapter in the production of Sanaye plastic khuzestan. As a result of adding airline containers to our production line, we also added injection salons, which allowed us to produce spoons, forks, and knives. In the mid-seventies, Sanaye plastic khuzestan began setting up devices for cutlery sets, napkin packs, and single-serve sugars to provide to airlines.
Export of disposable containers to Persian Gulf countries
In the beginning of 2013, Khuzestan Plastic Industries, as the first major exporter of disposable containers, started exporting to Persian Gulf countries.
The production of foam containers: The Beginning
In late 2016, Factory Number 2 began producing foam containers in addition to PET and PS containers. In response to market demand, the factory increased its number of modern machines in this industry and is now recognized as the largest producer of disposable containers in Iran.
The only manufacturer that produces fully sealed disposable containers
Sanaye plastic khuzestan has become the first company in Iran to produce fully sealed disposable containers as part of its progress.
